• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

• Photos of the packaging

• Order details for verification

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure after receiving the item.
